 Post subject: Referee praise!
Can anyone out there tell me how i can relay a message to the referees association.......'positive type'....... or send via another referee?
We had a young lad (late teens i think) who had total control of the game and handled a very volatile/abusive coach today and i would dearly like to commend him through the official channels to his superiors.

I agree it is purely to commend the referee, nothing else whatsoever.

Ask for Matthew Cheeseman or Eddie Lennie,
don't just ring pop it in an email then they will print it out and hand it to him and make him feel good

More applause for the hard working referee's......with regard to the Respect Campaign put out this year. I personally thought it was great idea for the Juniors. Problem I found for the team I coach, we gave over our Respect Cards early on however never received any in return.
Anyway, I contacted Matt Cheeseman and within 24 hours he had sent out more cards for my players..................absolutely fantastic!
Huge praise for our referees and specifically yourself Matt.
